At Mary Mobile, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

  • Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume or when additional verification is required.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected, destination, and product availability. Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Some products may ship directly from manufacturers, distributors, or fulfillment partners and may arrive separately.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships whenever available.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages from different fulfillment locations. You will not be charged additional shipping solely because an order ships in multiple packages unless disclosed before purchase.

Delays

Mary Mobile is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs, labor disruptions, or other events outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply to redirect or reship an order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on select products. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Preorders & Backorders

Items marked as preorder or backorder will ship when inventory becomes available. Estimated shipping dates are subject to change.
